Responsibility:

• Handle AR Non-Retail and Non-Trade collections and reconciliation.
• Conduct bank statement reconciliation and prepare related reports.
• Create collections and process refunds on the back end.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) Retail Sales, including the collection and reconciliation process.
• Manage various schedules and deadlines.
• Submit sales-related documentation.
• Perform additional responsibilities, such as preparing general ledger journal entries, creating audit schedules, and updating foreign exchange (FOREX) data.
• Complete any other assigned ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ACCA
• Min 2 to 3 years of finance and accounting experience
• Intermediate/advanced level of competency in Microsoft Excel
