JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business or other relevant disciplines.
Candidates with a diploma and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in residential marketing are welcome to apply.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, are essential.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Highly resourceful and meticulous in their work.
A team player who is also capable of working independently.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Carries out the Mission, Vision, Values and initiatives established by the school
