A reputed multi-national Japanese steel trading company, located in the Central Business District, is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to enhance our sales team in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Support in administration of existing long-term agreements for line pipe and Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG),
as well as structural steel supplies.
· Facilitate sales transactions and liaise with various internal teams to guarantee prompt deliveries.
· Identify and develop new business prospects.
· Prepare proposals and sales reports in Japanese.
· Actively manage client relationships to fulfill and exceed their expectations.
Job Requirements:
· A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
· Essential to have knowledge of the steel sector within the oil and gas industry.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a Japanese business environment, specifically in a role involving trading within
the steel industry or similar sectors.
· A solid understanding of Japanese cultural and business norms.
· Excellent in Japanese (JLPT N1 level) and proficient in English, capable of professional-level communication in
both languages.
· Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
· Willingness and ability to travel as needed for business purposes.
