Our Restaurant korean restaurant so working under the supervision of chief cook these assistant cooks take charge of various duties and respansibilities. They prepare food as directed by the cheif cook, plate dishes in a decorative and attractive manner, endure that the dish quality is as per the standards, and cook dishes in a variety of ways. The normal duties that are listed in the assitant cook resume include strage and disposal of food

the recipes,recording supply use,involving in all kinds of food preparation. cleaning and preparing the cooking station all dished as mataining sanitation standards and cooking all dishes as directed by the chief cook at the respective kitchen station.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

• Assist Reporting Officer in administrative duties and procedures relating to clinic operations
• Handle clinic billing, invoicing, and assist with processing of claims, including follow up, liaison, troubleshooting and rectification of issues encountered
• Ensure proper filing and storage of medical forms, reports, and legal documents
• Monitor and maintain clinic inventory of medical supplies and equipment
• Work with external partners / clients / vendors (e.g. laboratory services) in ensuring accurate billing, and troubleshooting associated disputes
• Ensure preparation of Health Screening reports, including binding, tracking, filing, record-keeping and documentation.
• Compilation and sorting of lab and radiology results
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, follow-ups, and other administrative tasks
• Direct communication with patients and corporates through phone calls, messaging, emails etc as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time by your immediate supervisor and/or management

Qualification & Experience: -

• Min GCE “N”/”O” Level and above
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large amounts of data with accuracy
• Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• High Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with clinic management software
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• High level of professionalism and reliability
• Work Schedules: Mondays to Fridays: 0830hrs to 1730hrs or 0900hrs to 1800hrs (based on roster), Saturdays: 0830 hrs to 1230 hrs

Accounts Executive - AR

Salary: $3000 - $3300

Working Hours: 9am to 6:10pm (Mon to Fri)

Location: Woodlands

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all transactions are well documented
• Responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of Goods Return Note.
• Coordinate local cheque bank-in and daily update of incoming funds to the NAV system.
• To ensure timely updating of customer accounts.
• Monitor and follow-up with customers on overdue account and arrange for debts collection.
• Reconcile Customer Collection with Bank Ledger.
• Responsible on monitoring monthly /weekly Debtors aging.
• Mailing of Statement of Accounts to customers and respond to their inquiries.
• Prepare Accounts Receivable monthly cash flow forecast.
• Preparation of Journal entries for accruals & other adjustment.
• Preparation of monthly and year-end Balance Sheet schedules.
• Liaising with internal and external auditors.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting & finance.
• Mathematical and analytical ability
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally
• Work independently with minimal guidance required, i.e., good time management, planning/organization and decision-making skil
• With a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office applications
• A team player who possesses good communication skills
