Job Description
โข Provide both HR-specific and General administrative to HR Department and Senior Manager
โข Handle the onboarding and offboarding process for employees
โข Maintain and manage proper document filing (eg. photocopying, scanning, filing and printing)
โข Maintain proper documentation of employee records.
โข Application, renewal and cancellation of permit.
โข Payroll Calculation & Process of Employeesโ Medical Claim
โข Maintain and Update Company Insurance Record
โข Maintain and Ensure work place safety protocols are adhered to
โข Manage daily General Administration works including maintain office facilities, in-house dormitory matters, supplies and equipment
โข Handle work injury claims.
โข Organize and coordinate company cultural activities and meetings.
โข Any other ad-hoc admin duties which may be assigned.
