Job Scope:

• Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support, including managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Personal Assistance: Assist the CEO with personal tasks, scheduling, and organization, as needed, beyond her professional role
• Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing email correspondence, drafting and editing communications, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
• Project Management: Support the CEO in planning, executing, and tracking various projects related to the organization’s goals, including new initiatives in skill development, teacher training programs, and franchise expansion.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and briefing documents; assist with data analysis and synthesizing information to support decision-making.
• Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up: Organize agendas, take meeting notes, and ensure follow-up on action items and deliverables, coordinating with different departments to gather input as needed.
• Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of special events, workshops, and professional development programs, ensuring all logistics are managed smoothly.
• Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ad Hoc work that supports the organization’s mission

Requirement:

• Technologically proficient, particularly with Zoom and Google Suite
• Amiable and adaptable team player
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
