Key Responsibilities:

• Check sales & service invoices against Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO).
• Perform 3-way matching (Invoice, DO, PO) and upload invoices with DO through AP-Direct, Esker, GEP.
• Email invoices and DO to customers after verification.
• Send and check monthly Statements of Account for customers.
• Process daily incoming customer payments.
• Assist the Senior Accountant with AR collection issues.
• Maintain and update other receivables schedules.

Requirements
