Responsibilities

• In-charge of end-to-end HR operational duties in the company.
• Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, screening, shortlising, arranging interview to coordination of job offers.
• Responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding procedures for the company.
• Verify employee attendance and leave management.
• Assist in processing of employee and statutory claims.
• Maintain employee records in HR systems.
• Prepare HR reports for management meetings.
• Processing monthly payroll and salary calculation.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• At least 3 - 4 years of HR Generalist experience
• Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage.
