• Assist and prepare financial results
• Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable and General Ledger functions up to Trial Balance
• Checking of supplier invoices
• Weekly banking in of cash
• Petty cash and reimbursement payout
• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Assist with parts creation and stock reallocation as and when required
• Issuance of invoice and credit notes as and when required
• Assist in ad-hoc duties when required by Finance Manager

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Accountancy or Finance
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in similar industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Oracle NetSuite system

Responsibilities:

• Monitors accounts receivables and process payments
• Maintain full set of accounts
• Prepare monthly reports,including project status & AR Aging status
• Prepare report of half year and full year results for Announcement and comply with deadline
• Liaise with internal auditors and corporate secretarial
• Update Announcement and directors’ resolution file
• Updating Fixed Assets Register regularly
• Updating Inventory report regularly for current projects
• Prepare quarterly report for GST claims
• Verify monthly costing for Budget Control of the current projects
• Liaise with auditors and tax agent for audit/ tax schedules,reports, etc.
• Filing of suppliers’ invoices, Payment vouchers and documents
• Any other tasks assigned by his supervisor and to carry out compliance enforcement

Requirements

• LCCI/ACCA/ Dip in Accountancy / CPA
• Fresh Graduates without experience are welcome.
• Working experience with listed companies with some basic consolidation experience will be an added advantage
• A team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work independently
• Detail-oriented, meticulous,and able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• Good analytical skills and able to perform under pressure
