Description:

• Responsible for full set of accounts or partial
• Monitor GL entries, preparation of all funds transfers & payments
• Responsible for monthly reporting, Cashflow preparation and reporting, Budgeting and Forecast reporting
• Handles all company loans, interest on company loan calculations & advances
• Responsible for Bank reconciliations, Intercompany reconciliations, preparations of accounting & tax schedules for monthly closing
• Handle quarterly income tax computations for actual results & quarterly reforecast
• Handle local tax & audit matter.
• Liaise with external parties such as bankers, tax agents, secretary company, lawyers, auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance
• Manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Any Ad-hoc financial matters

Requirement:

• Experienced working in the real estate industry/ Construction Industry
• Preferred biligual
• At least 3years working experience and above
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Able to work independently
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Working Hour: 5 Days (Monday - Friday), 7.50am - 4.55pm
• Location: Tuas (Company transport pickup at designated point islandwide)

Job Description:

• Process all general overheads accounting entries, including payment processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, P&L & BS schedules
• Review interfaced trade accounting transactions and liaise closely with trade account team on all outstanding AR/AP matters
• Timely closing of accounts to facilitate financial reporting
• Assist in original and revised budget overheads
• Assist in daily CF matters & perform monthly bank reconciliation
• Assist in quarterly GST reporting
• Assist in MSI-SSS annual reporting
• Ensure e-filing of assigned documents in proper sequential order
• Liaise with auditors and answering audit queries
• Participate in accounting related systems projects
• Any duties as assigned by superiors

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Willing to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Advance proficiency in MS excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good sense of urgency to meet deadlines
