• Guide juniors on the job
• Liase with client

Requirements (Preferably)

• ACCA
• Xero Certified
• Some audit exposure

• General administrative task & support
• Handling accounts receivable & accounts payable
• Handling general Accounting Tasks
• Administering payroll & maintaining employee records
• Handle MOM matters including work pass application / renewal / cancellation
• Workers dormitory arrangement.
• Coordinate with training & Development.
• Administer leave / MC records.
• Monthly CPF submission.
• Prepare employment letter, confirmation letter, warning letter, etc.
• Support admin function for purchasing, report typing and invoicing.
• Licence renewal & preparation of documents for submission.
• Prossess good organization, communication and people's skills
• Any ad-hoc HR & admin duties assigned.

Job Description:

• Assist to prepare full sets of accounts for clients and prepare monthly financial reporting.
• Provide professional client service and ensure that reporting deadlines are met.
• Prepare/Review month-end payments and online banking transactions.
• Prepare/Review GST report and filing.
• Financial statement preparation and liaison with the audit.
• Prepare to submit XBRL.
• Compute year-end compensation returns (such as Form IR8A) and monthly payroll.
• Perform other related accounting duties assigned by superior

Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent. Candidates with ACCA background are advantageous.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in handling full set of accounts
• Good knowledge in IFRS
