• Report to Supervisor on any equipment that requires maintenance and repair.
• Ensure lost and found items are properly documented and arrange for them to be returned to guest.
• Perform other duties that are assigned by Supervisor.

• Minimum Elementary School Education.

Competencies

• Able to handle heavy loaded trolleys, linens and amenities.
• Able to walk extensively to and fro from the loading bay to the hotel towers.
• Able to work independently.
• Comfortable to work rotating shifts – Morning and afternoon shift.

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparation and processing of monthly payroll.

• Create Payroll database.
• Pre-Payroll activities including input and update employee details.
• Provide support and be involved with monthly payroll.
• Compiling & checking of daily attendance for the payroll process.
• Work closely with support team for payroll related issues etc.
• Ensure changes are entered correctly and updated on a timely basis.
• Processing of Government Paid Maternity Leave/ Paternity Leave/ Shared Parental Leave/ Childcare Leave claims
• Provide administrative duties as and when required.

Requirements:

· Diploma in any major discipline

· Payroll experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Singapore payroll

· Knowledgeable in Singapore payroll mechanism in terms of compliance and legislation.

· Knowledge in payroll software is an advantage

· Effective engagement with Payroll team members to smoothen out work level processes.

· Understand workflow and process for work efficiency.

· Discipline in time management and instruction listening.

Logistics Assistant

Overview:

• Support daily operation to administer the general storekeeping and warehouse duties by receiving incoming materials and maintaining records for reconciliation.
• Maintain inventory, stock record and perform related work as required;
• Responsible for all warehouse operations activities including shipping and receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing storage of surplus inventory;
• Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders, processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders;
• Report, document and track damage and discrepancies on orders received
• Maintain the warehouse, record area and store area in a neat and orderly manner
• Perform general storekeeping and warehouse duties; maintain accurate manual and computer records; and
• Perform physical labour; and
• Any other duties assigned.
