• Follow up with the unposted invoices in the system and unreceived invoices and/or DO from the supplier
• Prepare online transaction payment and payment summary list
• Suppliers' statement of accounts reconciliation
• Assist in preparing the PO, if required
• Prepare PV and do the filling
• Inter-company transactions and balances reconciliation
• Cash flow monitoring and control
• Plan and prepare cash needed from HQ
• Prepare revenue invoices and statements of accounts
• Monitor and ensure healthy Accounts Receivable ageing report
• Prepare bank reconciliation
• Prepare quarterly GST submission and WHT/COR matters
• Prepare Journal vouchers and keep the full set of accounts
• Assist in the annual audit
• Any ad-hoc duties as and when required

REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Preferablywith hands-on experience in AR and AP
• To have full sets of account experience of at least 3 - 5 years
• Strong finance system skills including advanced Excel skills
• Able to learn multi taskk,work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledgee in Xero is a plus
• Able to work as a team and independently with minimal supervision
• Start immediatelye or with short notice

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the timely preparation of accounting deliverables (financial statements / management reports / GST filing) required
• Review of supporting financial documents (invoices, bank statements)
• Review of the financial information/management accounts prepared by associate
• Ensure that clients comply with local statutory and GST requirements
• Provide guidance and advice on matters (accounting/GST) and escalate these matters to manager if required
• To be an effective coach/leader to fellow team members
• Ensure the timely processing and sending of invoice upon the completion of engagement
• Ensure the timely circularization of AR chaser emails and timely collection of AR

Requirements:

• Degree in accountancy / ACCA equivalent
• Have at least 3 years of working experience relevant
• Proficiency in Sage Accounting, Microsoft Office and Xero would be an added advantage

Job Description:

- Issue Sales Invoice for all jobs completed during the month.

- Ensures that customers are prompt in payment.

- Perform data entry into accounting system.

- Filing/binding of accounting records and supporting documents.

- Assist in month-end closing, review of AR aging, reconciliations and reporting.

- Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- LCCI / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.

- Proficiency in MS Office Application such as Word & Excel.

- Knowledge of XERO Accounting Software will be an advantage.

- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

- Possesses self-motivated & positive attitude.
