Responsibilities

• Work closely with the multidisciplinary care team to provide clients with a seamless delivery of care which is of high-quality, safe and cost-efficient and communicate and work effectively with the team in executing individualised care plan for clients require custodial care, maintenance activities and/or rehabilitation services
• Assist in preparing the rehabilitation room(s), occupational therapy room by following prescribed procedures and protocols, including tidying therapy areas and assisting in cleaning of equipment and area(s)
• Prepare clients for physical or occupational therapies treatment by welcoming and providing and assisting clients into therapeutic apparels, and escorting elderly clients to the washroom
• Assist the therapist(s) in implementing rehabilitation programmes and therapy works to clients including setting up / supervising / assisting clients in the performance of therapeutic activities / exercises, such as helping clients onto exercise equipment, positioning clients on equipment, and monitoring motion and performing prescribed exercises and strengthening techniques, etc
• Educate clients by demonstrating proper use of equipment and exercise routines
• Assist in setting up inventory list of equipment and medical supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies
• Ensure operation of rehabilitation equipment by completing routine maintenance requirements; following manufacturers’ instructions; troubleshooting and reporting of malfunctions; calling for repairs
• Assist in preparing materials for conducting of recreational programmes and events
• Assist FHGCC’s driver in transporting client from home to FHGCC and return trip when assigned
• Perform basic data entry and retrieval of data when required

Requirements

1. BROAD FUNCTION

The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth functioning of administrative processes and ensuring the seamless execution of training programs. The role involves a diverse range of responsibilities, including administrative task, billing, course confirmation, venue setup, minutes writing and coordination with trainers for ad-hoc training arrangements.

2. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible to the Manager for carrying out the day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of Ren Ci Learning Academy, which include the followings.

· Handle all enquiries via phone calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism.

· Maintain accurate and organised records of important documents and information.

· Assist in the coordination of training programmers, eg: collation of training registration, liaison with trainers.

· Confirm course enrollments and ensure accurate participant information.

· Communicate with course participants regarding registration details, schedules, and any pre-course

requirements.

· Collaborate with facilities management to arrange necessary equipment, materials and venue setup for

training sessions and to ensure the proper upkeeping of the training facilities.

· Coordinate with trainers to confirm availability and scheduling for training sessions.

· Facilitate communication between trainers and Ren Ci Learning Academy, ensuring smooth collaboration.

· Assist in organising ad-hoc training sessions and workshops, when necessary.

Job Summary

Responsible for processing and ensuring medical claims are managed timely and in accordance with policy terms and conditions, and assist with financial counselling and other administration duties.

Role and Responsibilities

Business Office Management

• Responsible for following up on queries, and providing end-to-end support in processing medical claim submissions, regarding Mediclaim and Corporate Insurance claims, including reimbursements.
• Provide accurate adjudication of claims, pre-authorization and LOG issuance to meet operational targets.
• Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with the claim process
• Monitor and timely follow-up on the progress of pending claims to assist with quick resolutions and proper closure
• Liaise with doctors and clinics for facility bill size estimations
• Follow up with patients and insurers for outstanding hospital bills
• Support patients, clinics and front office in day-to-day insurance claims matters
• Check validity of claims prior to data entry into system and ensure mediclaims are filed within a strict timeline
• To handle enquiries from internal and external parties within the agreed targeted turnaround time
• Maintain accurate case records and all related communication
• Any other duties or projects as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Diploma/degree and above with experience in Healthcare/Insurance/Third Party Administrators industries preferred.
