• Issue meeting room key based on reservation and ensure all meeting rooms are locked after use. Ensure all whiteboard markers in the meeting rooms are usable.
• Support Finance department in collection of payment by NOKs / residents.
• Management of keys in the Key Press at the Reception counter as well as aircon / projector remote control for the meeting rooms and mouse and power cable for shared laptop in the meeting room. Maintain proper records for issuance of room key with related items eg. Remote control etc.
• Support Transport request with Optimo Route software. Liaise with driver for ad hoc / urgent request.
• Tracking issuance of ART kits.
• Generate monthly report for Postage stamp and ART kits.
• Update of phone list.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer, Senior Manager or Head of Centre (HOC).

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Studio Assistant to join our team at our Toa Payoh studio. This part-time position involves working 5 days a week from our studio, for 5 hours each day. The role includes a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our studio and company.

Salary: $1500/month

Working Hours: approx 105 hours/month

Location: Toa Payoh

Key Responsibilities:

Open or close the studio as needed

Manage the front desk and handle daily administrative duties

Assist in creating and maintaining schedules

Perform filing and data entry tasks for membership records

Handle requests and feedback from members

Support sales activities and other company requirements

Provide general administrative support as needed

Assist in organizing and managing workshops

Requirements:

Strong organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other office software

WORK DAY: 5 DAYS

• Prepare delivery docket for incoming and outgoing materials and update data into the system and filing
• Conduct monthly inventory counts / audits to maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile any discrepancies
• Prepare monthly inventory report for relevant department
• Help with filing, data entry and other administrative duties as needed

• At least 1 year of experience in inventory or related field
• Good communication skills and attention to details
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
