• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

The Services required are set out as follows:

a) Assist in the daily operations of the assigned science laboratories,

science gardens, aquaponics, hydroponics and pond.

b) Responsible for the setup, clean up and general maintenance of the

science laboratories and Science Areas.

c) Responsible for the cleanliness of the Recycling Corner.

d) Assist in preparation of laboratory apparatus, equipment and

teaching materials for scheduled laboratory activities.

e) Assist in stock taking exercise and maintenance of equipment.

f) Typing of worksheets and notes.

g) Supporting and assisting in departmental events, activities and

programmes.

h) Any other duties assigned by the School.

Our client is seeking an organized, proactive, and efficient Assistant Admin Manager to join their team. The Assistant Admin Manager will support the Manager in daily office tasks, help streamline office operations, and ensure the staff and expatriates has adequate support to work efficiently. This role requires superior management skills, and excellent communication skills.

Job Description:

• Responsible for corporate secretarial work.
• Assist in supervising daily operations of the organization.
• Ensure office tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and reporting are handled efficiently.
• Provide support to expatriates, including but not limited to, coordinating relocation, assisting with local registration procedures, and helping to familiarize them with local customs and practices.
• Manage office and showroom facilities to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment.
• Oversee vendor contracts and conduct negotiations to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Assist in organising company events or conferences.
• Consider and promote activities to improve business operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
• Knowledge in business law would be an added advantage.
• At least 5 years experience in an administrative role, preferably min. 1year in a managerial position.
• Experience in managing and supporting expatriates.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.
• Proficient in MS Office for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Team player with leadership skills.
