• Work closely with respective overseas offices to monitor its uplift at point of export till its arrival

• Update customers promptly of delivery date and if any irregularity to inform them

• Maintain close communication with overseas offices, internal customers, authorized contractors and ground handling agents to track closely its arrival and customs clearance

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by his/her immediate superior and/or manager

• Some basic skills in Microsoft office Requirement

Responsibilities

• To manage the revamp of the company website, including vendor management, ensuring that the product adheres to requirements and guidelines, and project is on schedule.
• To support publicity work for company programmes under the branch’s portfolio, including creating publicity content for work done in-house, and managing vendor for work that is outsourced.
• To support the ops officers on assigned logistical, operational and administrative arrangements for planned courses and study visits under the Branch’s portfolio.
• To support the Branch’s procurement and finance processes, as assigned, for the smooth running of company programmes under the branch’s portfolio.
• To assist in maintaining proper digital and hardcopy records of documents.
• To help oversee the general mailbox, as assigned.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors

Requirements

• Diploma
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient n Microsoft Office (Especially Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Creative thinker with good attention to details
• Knowledge of and familiarity with social media platforms
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills

Our client is Singapore leading player in Real Instate industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Assistant Manager, Retail Operations, in hopes of expanding their retail operation team. They are located in the Town area – easily accessible.

Duties of Assistant Manager, Retail Operations:

• Lead and Manage Operations: Direct the team in developing and executing strategies to enhance and maintain asset value across the portfolio.
• Ensure Smooth Operations: Oversee programs to guarantee continuous service for utilities, air conditioning, fire protection, and security. Ensure staff are trained in fire and life safety systems and all maintenance programs are up-to-date.
• Asset Management: Review and implement annual Asset Plans for each property.
• Tenant Management: Handle lease agreements, manage tenant renovations, and maintain strong tenant relationships.

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 7 years of retail mall management experience
• Good communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
