Roles & Responsibilities:

Treasury:

1. Process all online bank transactions and manage internet banking matters.
2. Post payment entries (for both trade and non-trade) to the ERP system.
3. Assist in cash flow planning.
4. Reconcile monthly bank statements.
5. Handle petty cash transactions and post all entries to the ERP system.
6. Prepare information for year-end audits and address Treasury-related queries.
7. Other duties as assigned by the Accounting and Finance HOD.

General Ledger (GL):

1. Complete monthly account closings with the necessary GL supporting schedules.
2. Post GL-related journal entries in the ERP system.
3. Maintain the Fixed Assets Register.
4. Update monthly book rates in the ERP system.
5. Reconcile monthly bank statements.
6. Prepare GST schedules and returns for submission.
7. Handle year-end closing processes and coordinate audit requirements.
8. Provide information required for tax computations.
9. Other duties as assigned by the Accounting and Finance HOD.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or equivalent qualification in accounting & finance.
• Experience:Treasury: 2 to 3 years of relevant finance experience.
  GL: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in general ledger and account closing.
  
• Skills: Knowledge of ERP systems (Infor SyteLine preferred), strong financial reconciliation and reporting skills.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:18 PM (Monday to Friday)
