The Senior Accounts Assistant is responsible to maintain the entire accounting process and

close the books of all the companies in a timely and accurate manner.

About the role

Jios Aerogel Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Assistant to

join our dynamic team in Clementi West, West Region (Science Park). This full-time position will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the fi nancial operationsof our growing company.

What you'll be doing

• Manage full set of accounts
• Process all accounting transactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate fi nancial records
• Responsible for the preparation of monthly fi nancial reports and statements
• GST Reconciliation and Quarterly fi ling of GST
• Prepare and maintain audit schedules and liaise with Auditors on year end auditmatters
• Liaise with Tax Agents
• Provide administrative and HR support to the CFO
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of fi nancial processes and controls

What we're looking for

• > 5 years of experience in an accounting role
• Professional Certifi cate/NITEC/Diploma
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Profi cient in the use of accounting software (Netsuite preferred) and MS Offi ceapplications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Location: Tai Seng, Singapore
Working Hour：Monday - Friday 8am - 5:45pm

Job Description:
• To manage Day to Day Accounting works (AP / AR / GST / GJ / Reconcilations etc) of the company
• To manage cash disburstment / petty cash pre audit and pre approval works.
• Ensure that the organization’s financial records and recordkeeping methods are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• To work with the planners manage Project cash flow accounts (escrow accounting) to ensure that the projects are running a healthy cashflow.
• Generation and analysis of Monthly Management Report.
• Periodically review the organization’s financial reports and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Analyze data and advise top management on how to maximize profits.
• Management of Office / Project Budgets , final accounts and Profit Sharing Scheme
• Management of Grants sourcing / application
• Potential of assisting to set up over seas office / management of overseas accounts

Requirement:
• Good Knowledge of MYOB and Xls.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and diverse, multicultural work environment
• Able to work under a tight timeline and withstand pressure
• 5 Years of middle management accounting
• Experience in Construction Environment is a Plus

Job Title: Accounts Manager (ID8105)
Location: Jurong East
Working Hour: 5 days work
Monday – Friday 9am-6pm
Salary: $5000 - $6000

Job Description:
Liaise with Clients: Address clients' accounting queries, providing advice and suggestions in compliance with ACRA and IRAS regulations.
Provide Solutions: Deliver accounting, audit, and tax solutions tailored to clients' needs.
Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Knowledge Sharing: Guide co-workers by sharing accounting, auditing, and taxation expertise.
Team Leadership: Grow and motivate the team by demonstrating strong leadership skills.
Profit Targets: Ensure the company meets its profit targets within the designated timeframe.
Assistant Accounts Manager Responsibilities: Fulfill duties associated with the role of Assistant Accounts Manager.

Requirement:
Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent and/ or 'CPA Singapore' preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in either an Accounting or Audit Firm.
Good knowledge of FRS & experience in accounting, audit, and tax.
Resourceful, analytical, independent, and meticulous.
Team player with strong communication skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
