• Position: Accounts Assistant (Accounts Payable only)
• Working Location: Walking distance from City Hall/Esplanade MRT
• Working Days/Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 0900 am to 1800 pm

Responsibilities:

• AP functions – Manage payment processing of vendor invoices and prepare payment
• Follow up with vendor for any discrepancy
• Prepare payment for expenses & staff claims
• Ensure timely data entry & maintain up to date records and well-organized documents
• Ad-hoc assignments from Accountant / Finance Controller

Requirements:

• Singaporeans or Perm Residents Only
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
