• Assist in the preparation of reconciliation schedules, journal vouchers, audit schedules and AR/AP aging reports
• Support in the preparation of intercompany billings and perform intercompany reconciliation
• Attend to calls from customers/dealers/insurance companies
• Assist in annual financial audit, annual returns and tax filing
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, or equivalent
• Good communication skills and command of language
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel)
• Able to work both independently and in a team setting
• Meticulous, keen eye for detail
• Good time management to meet monthly accounts closing and other ad hoc reports' deadlines

As an AR Executive/Senior Executive, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the business’ success. This includes:

• Generate invoices, delivery notes, credit/debit notes and statement of accounts
• Follow-up outstanding AR invoices
• Track, maintain and project billings
• Month-end closing

What you'll need to succeed

You need to be a qualified accountant or have a diploma in accounting. Minimally 2 years’ experience in accounting and strong attention to details.
