What you'll do:

As an Accounts Payable Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's expenses. Your day-to-day tasks will involve uploading vendor invoices, ensuring adherence to expense policies, processing payments, preparing monthly accounting journal entries, and providing administrative support. * Upload external vendors’ invoices to expense system and initiate payment process accurately and timely

* Ensure staff reimbursements raised in expense system adhere to the Branch’s expense policy and proper supporting documents are provided

* Prepare and process payments for the invoices and staff reimbursements

* Prepare monthly accounting journal entries including accruals and prepayments

* Ensure journal entries posted are accurate and well-supported with proper documentation

* Provide general admin support
