Key Responsibilities

• Assist the company's management team with administrative and accounting tasks.
• Keep good records of the company documentation.
• Attend incoming calls and emails from customers or clients.
• Printing and filing documents (e.g. tax invoices, bank statements, invoice issued etc.);
• Match purchase orders, deliver orders with supplier invoices.
• Other admin/accounts duties as assigned by superior.

He/She will be responsible for Account Payable.

Job Duties

• Handle daily AP operation activities, timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Liaise with AP related issues with relevant department.
• Resolve any vendors' payment dispute / discrepancies.
• Ensure all expenses claims compliance with Company Internal Controls, Policies, Processes and Procedures.
• Assist to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Support GL overall analysis.
• Ad-hoc analysis or related duties as required or assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry into accounting system.
• Verify supplier invoices and arrange for payments.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentations for audit.
• Responsible for keeping track of all documents timely and accurately in SAP system.
• Perform monthly/ quarterly / yearly internal controls activity document testing.
• Prepare expenses analysis and GST report.
• Provide efficient supervision and guidance to AP staff.
• Liaise with external/internal auditors / internal users / banks etc.
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by Manager.

Temporary Accounts Assistant

Job Scope:

Maintaining and preparing a full set of accounts

· Keeping of ledgers and subsidiary ledgers

· Supervise and guide Accounts Assistants

· Ensure financial reports are completed on time

· Receiving, courier or handling cash/cheques from clients

· Banking of cash/cheques

· Issuing payments to suppliers

· Attend to owners on enquires regarding their statement

· Issuing payment to suppliers

· Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

· Knowledge of MS Office applications

· Able to speak simple English

Location: Rochor Canal Road

Commencement: Immediate until February 2024

Location: Raffles Place

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

Job responsibilities:

• Bank account entries in the company’s Microsoft Great Plains accounting software/Gen 10 software
• Process payment orders
• Monthly accounting schedules and bank reconciliations
• Accounts receivables & accounts payables duties
• Preparing of GST submission
• Other ad-hoc finance or administration matters assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of MS Office including Excel
• Able to start immediately is an advantage
• Diploma in Accountancy with min. 6 months - 1 year work experiences
