• At least 2-3 years of experience in Accounting & Finance
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Ability to work in a fast paced and independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Hands on experience with MYOB Software

Job Description:

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of sales in the accounting system.
• Review reconciliation of merchant statements, cash receipts and POS reports.
• Process Sales invoice and follow up with collection.
• Assist in the monthly closing of Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare intercompany schedules, balance sheet schedules and GST reports for submission.
• Assist in annual audit.
• Ensure compliance of organizational process/procedures.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in related fields.
• Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in handling transactions and/or accounts of F&B industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in SAP would be an advantage.
• Positive working attitude, meticulous with accuracy & efficiency.
• Able to get along with others and display good team spirit.
• Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
