Able to speak both English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin clients)

Handling full-set of accounts including AP/AR.

Prepare invoices, debit and credit notes for customers

Prepare payment and petty cash

Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing of ledger systems

Preparation of GST report/ monthly management reporting/ bank reconciliation and journal entries

Liaise with operations on accounting-related matters

Manage cash flow and treasury function

Implement/review and improve internal control

Ensure compliance with group accounting policies and SFRS/IFRS

Ensure compliance with all aspects of statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements for the group of companies in a timely manner

Liaise with banks, external auditors, tax consultants, and corporate secretarial agent

Ensure that all financial reporting obligations are met in relation to government grant claims

Any other ad-hoc finance duties assigned

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR,GL and Assets).
• Prepare Month-end closing, band & Cash and accounts reconciliation.
• Reconcile with general ledger control figures.
• Prepare Journals, entries, closing monthly reporting.
• Responsible for filing and timely processing of accounting entries.
• Processing of payments to suppliers - local & overseas including taxes and other statutory payments.
• Prepare and submit tax return / GST return.
• Handle staff expenses claim
• Check bank balances and prepare cash position reports.
• Other ad-hoc accounting duties as and when required.
• Patent application submission and management follow up.
• Monitor Vehicle Parking Certificate for heavy vehicle
• Monitor Vehicle inspection date for Road Tax renewal
• Monitor insurance for all the company vehicles
• Other General admin duties.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, MS Office
• Process effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail.
• Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently, and efficiently.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

The Role

Reporting to the VP, Operational Processes & Control, the successful incumbent will support the Operational Processes & Control team in the management of Group’s policies and procedures, i.e., supporting the regular policies update activities, assisting the roll out of new/updated policies, collecting, and analyzing data for the purpose of monitoring and control. This role will also work closely with all business and corporate units in the Group to compile, analyze, and assist in implementing process improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Policy & Procedures Framework.
• Assist in policy updates, implementation, and training.
• Provide project management support through assisting in the development and management of project charter, timeline, and progress tracking.
• Implement and improve processes, systems, tools, and best practices to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with a cross-section of functions such as IT and Finance on multiple projects ranging from system implementations, and process workflow reviews.
• Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles, and self-service guidance.
• Collect and document business requirements for process improvement efforts.
• Facilitate process workflow modeling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities, and clearly defined end-to-end use cases.
• Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes is achieving the desired results.
• Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns.
• Identify issues and risks.
• Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management.
• Participate in problem resolution.
• Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 3 years’ experience in Business and Data Analysis, Operations and Project Management, process mapping, process improvement, or a related field
• Project Management, Business Analysis or Process Improvement skills such as Six Sigma, Lean or Quality Assurance experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in managing change initiatives that redesign, improve existing processes and gain efficiencies.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Preferable international experience working with a cross section of stakeholders in different geographical locations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Proficiency in process mapping tools, such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel Macros, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Strong project management skills to help coordinate project implementation.

Job Description

- Conceptualize, develop and design Sales and Marketing communications artwork and collaterals

- Materialize both still and motion artworks/marketing materials to support Sales and Marketing activities

- Plan design concepts by studying information provided by Sales and Marketing Manager

- Support sales team in sales reporting, troubleshooting and daily operations

- Assist to maintain media platforms (including website and social media) with accurate and updated graphic information

- Liaise and coordinate with external vendors for final output of all marketing collaterals
