• Handle customers enquires & AfterSales support
• Prepare quotations
• Arrange customers orders & coordinate sales activities
• Monitor sales inventory
• Sales forecast and target achievement
• Monitor monthly sales

Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years sales executive experience

Assist AR & GL Accounts Officer in invoicing, debt collection, and reporting

Assist Accounts Officers in AP, Stock, and Fixed Assets

Assist in other day-to-day accounting functions when required

Any other ad-hoc tasks/assignments as and when required

Job Requirements

Diploma in Accounting from Singapore Education Institutions

Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Proficient in Office applications

Responsible and resourceful

Meticulous and eager to learn

Good Interpersonal and communication skills
