About The Role

Job Responsibilities:

The role will encompass all tasks related to Lazada and Shopee.

• Product Listing & Delist
• Product listing thumbnail Optimising
• Monthly sales and reporting
• Coordination with buyers’ promotions
• Execute price updates
• Plan and execute digital marketplace campaigns
• Plan and run Digital Ads/budgeting
• Liaise marketplace KAM for all campaigns (KAM-Key Account Mgmt)
• Monitor and handle orders fulfilment
• Customer enquiries and complaints
• Marketplace Chat Service
• Marketplace CMS – Blasting
• Banner and creative Requestion
• Create and keep track marketplace vouchers
• Handle Returns/Refund
• Resolve all billing and discrepancies
• Ensure sufficient stocks on all e-platforms
• Raise PO/RPO for vendors

Job Requirements:

• Preferred candidate with at least Diploma in Marketing/Business/Mass Communications or relevant.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in E-Commerce is required.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel like pivot, formula etc.
• Able to analysis data and sales data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both written and verbal.
• High initiatives with positive energy and possess positive attitude towards learning.

• Reports directly to QA manager
• Develope Quality Manual
• Conduct in-house quality training
• Lead and guide site staff and contractors to achieve qulaity workmanship
• Conduct preiodic site survelliance with QA Supervisors
• Prepare inspection test plans
• Collate and report non conformanaces
• Attend site consultant/ coordination meetings
• Produce progress reports
• Mininum 4 years experience in related field
• Understands the requirement and criteria of CONQUAS 21; preferbaly with exposure to Quality Marks inspection procedure and preparation
• Conduct defect investigation and identification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel/ Words/ Powerpoint
• Good command of English
• Selt motivated

As a Creative Executive, you will be responsible for creating engaging, on-brand print and digital media to fulfil the company's objectives.
Your role involves shaping the visual aspects of the brand across various platforms, including social media, EDMs, product packaging, event branding, and more.
It is essential to stay up to date with graphic design trends, industry developments, and tools, while also contributing to the enhancement of internal design processes.

Job Scope

• Work closely with the marketing team in creating digital media assets and visually appealing designs for marketing materials.
• Maintain and develop the brand identity.
• Generate creative concepts and implement design/layouts for all marketing materials on various platforms.
• Coordinate visual shoots and edit content.
• Develop attractive and informative menus.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and culinary teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
• Provide creative support for events and promotions.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma Cerification
• Computer literate
• Advertising and Design Experience preferred
• Preferably able to start work immediately or short notice

Working days: 5 days
