We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Executive Engineer, Electrical to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing electrical engineering systems for various projects.

• Design and develop electrical systems for building and infrastructure projects, including concept and detailed design phases
• Take ownership of assigned design components, ensuring timely completion and approval from relevant authorities and clients
• Collaborate with Local Authority Departments to secure approvals for design projects
• Prepare comprehensive design calculations, drawings, specifications, and tender documents under the guidance of senior engineers
• Analyze and solve complex electrical engineering problems, applying innovative solutions when necessary
• Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory regulations and safety standards in project designs
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of electrical engineering processes and methodologies
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
• Participate in project meetings and present technical information to stakeholders effectively

Responsibilities

• Assess and process applications for absolute and collateral assignment, beneficiary nomination and vesting within service, compliance and regulatory standards
• Handle investigation of complex cases from policyholders and financial representatives on assignments and nomination of beneficiary
• Work collaboratively with various departments
• Provide strong support in handling enquiries from touchpoints
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and defects
• Review and provide continuous improvement to the section’s processes
• Assist to document changes in workflows for the section
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Unit/Section Heads
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned

JOB SUMMARY

• You will be part of a team to organise and oversee the end-to-end process of YMCA Club LITE, a social club for youths with special needs, which aim to engage them, help improve their quality of life, provide opportunities, or to prepare them towards independent living.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Main point of contact for following up on enquiries and referrals from various channels.
• Conduct outreach by reaching out to potential partners / channels.
• Conduct bi-monthly check-ins with clients (active and passive) to check on progress / status.
• Manage members’ case files.
• Responsible for good housekeeping of club information and documents.
• Assist and support administrative requirements.
• Work closely with team to identify and support gaps.
• Support in facilitating, coordinating and executing programmes
• Support in the day-to-day functions and operations of the club.
• Support in volunteer management for the club’s programmes.
• Support in collecting and analysing data.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in administration or customer service.
• At least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in social service sector.
• Experience in working or interacting with persons with special needs is a bonus.
• Passionate in serving the community and helping youths with special needs.
• IT savvy; able to work on the cloud and familiar with MS Office suite.
• A strong team-player with good interpersonal skills.
• Works effectively as part of a team, recognizes areas where support is required and offers assistance.
• Willing and able to carry out set-ups for programmes and moving of logistics.
• Attention to detail, able to multi-task, work independently, take initiative and ownership of projects / tasks assigned.
• Experience in conducting programmes / teaching is a bonus.
• Experience / knowledge in data collection and analysis.
• Willing to work on Saturday

3 working days per week.

Working hours are from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm (1 hour break for lunch).

Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment (not limited to) which includes preparing job description, posting of job vacancies, reviewing resumes, coordinating, scheduling the interviews, conducting reference checks, following up with the hiring managers and notifying candidates of the interviews outcome.

2. Pre-onboarding arrangement such as pre-employment check-up.

Qualifications:

-Minimum a Diploma in HR or Business Administration

- Prior experience in relevant fields preferred
