• 8.30am to 6.15pm / 9.30am to 7.15pm

Job Description:

• Serve as the main contact for patients and partners.
• Manage patient appointments and walk-in inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Assist in scheduling and clinic planning to optimize revenue.
• Maintain accurate records and performance reports.
• Promote clinic services and cross-sell effectively.
• Upsell services and packages to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.

Qualification:

• Min 2 years Customer Service Experience
• Able to work on both weekends
• Able to work rotating shift
