Responsibilities:

• Consolidating financial information obtain from the different markets/subsidiary companies in the region
• Analyzing current and past financial data. Create financial models for decision support. Also perform variance analysis.
• Looking at current financial performance and identifying trends. Make recommendations for improvements.
• Evaluating financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Supporting the preparation of reports for management review.
• Working with stakeholders on budget preparation and expenditure planning.
• Participating in projects by performing market research, data mining, business intelligence etc.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting / Business / Economics / Finance / Mathematics or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of Experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting

• Perform all warehouse activities, including loading and unloading, inspection, storage of inventory, equipment, finished goods, inventory counting, picking, packing and delivery.
• Plan and restructure storage space and racking to improve the warehouse system.
• Supervises a team of Warehouse Assistants. Responsible for resource allocation, ensuring that team members are motivated, perform at their best and deliver high quality service.
• Ensures that items are appropriately marked or tagged for identification purposes. Keeps records of items issued and received.
• Implements policies and procedures to safeguard materials kept at the warehouse. Ensures that regular stock checks are made and inventories are maintained at agreed levels. Identifies missing items and directs searching as required.
• To plan, organize and full responsible for stock reconciliation during every stock take with all warehouse members.

Accounts Assistant

5 days, 8.30am- 6pm

Salary: $2400 -$2600

Location: Pandan Road, Singapore (Clementi)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible in handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Assist in cashflow planning, ensure accurate update of bank records and reconciliation
• Assist in monthly general ledger journals, schedules and closing activities
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Possess relevant certificate in accounting or equivalent
• At least 1-year experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Handles matters related to general worker such as dormitory arrangement, update residential address via MOM OFWAS system, CSOC, PWCSO, BCSS, Coretrade, REO and RES card, levy waiver, medical checkup for new hire and monthly renewal workers
• Submission of Government Claims such as maternity leave, childcare leave
• Manages company annual appraisal for staff and workers

Other areas

• General office administration with the team
• Handle employee and property insurance renewals & claims
• Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files
