Aside from ministry work, you will also help support the planning and coordination for youth services and events.

Responsibilities

• Assist the youth pastor in pastoral care, preaching and teaching.
• Support the youth pastor in leading small groups and mentoring youths
• Be involved in the ministry’s strategic planning and development.
• Plan, coordinate and lead youth ministry events.
• Provide administrative support for the ministry, including Saturday’s youth service
• Any other duties assigned by the youth pastor.

Requirement

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree holder; theological training preferred.
• Prior experience in serving and ministering in a youth ministry
• Good organizational, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate for young people.
• Dedicated team player.
• Required to work on Saturdays and Sundays (Mondays off).

• Preparing and revising presentations, Regional Reports and maintaining databases on a regular basis.
• Prepare communications, presentations, custom reports, commercial analyses, and so on for Regional Management when necessary.
• Coordinating periodic Regional Meetings with the countries and disseminating communication within the Region on behalf the Management.
• Liaise with Corporate HQ for various coordination as assigned by the Regional Management.
• Consult and keep communicate with Country Management, Regional Commercial Team and Business Partners on specific policies and procedures.
• Managing the Regional’s Travelling Schedules, Agenda and Reporting.
• Other Duties and Responsibilities as assigned by Regional Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum two (2) years' work experience in a commercial, strategy or analytical role at a corporation or professional services.
• Excellent communication skills, in both verbal and written form.
• Proven commercial skills, including ability to interact with and influence senior company executives.
• Expert skill in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
