• Support tenancy management of all existing outlets including but not limited to communication with landlords, tenure monitoring etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of work experience dealing with retail landlord, managing leases and marketing of retail spaces in F&B industry.
• Good communication, problem solving, analytical skills.
