• Responsible with daily account payable operations, including data entries, supplier invoices processing, payment preparation, and maintaining accurate financial records
• Assist with maintaining and updating of project financial report
• Assist with human resource functions, including payroll processing, employee claims, CPF Submission, and Work Pass related applications
• Ensure the company’s insurance policies are up-to-date and well-maintained, assisting with renewals and claims processing

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Candidates with construction related industry will be prefered. Fresh-graduate are also welcomed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required
• Knowledge of MYOB or any accounting software, and Info-tech HRMS will be an advantage
• Knowledge of construction materials would be an advantage
• Must be able to communicate in English and Mandarin
• Must be meticulous, organized and willing to learn mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
