- Oversee the ordering of suppliers, parts and equipment

- Ensure a clean organized work environment in the shop and storage areas

- Provide quality assurance: check over completed vehicle before customer collection/delivery.

- Invoicing

- Candidate should have initiative & responsible in up keeping all incoming documents and ensure all documents are filed and kept properly

- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies

- Any other job related duties

Job Requirements

- Min N Levels

- Strong interpersonal, communication and people management skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

- Keen learner and able to work in fast pace environment

- Able to work independently and with minimum supervision

- Experience in Automobile Industry would be an advantage but not necessary

- Able to start immediately would be an advantage or within Short Notice

Job scope:

• Lead marketing efforts for the company, with a focus on venues and the bridal boutique.
• Increase brand exposure by overseeing branded content across social media channels and managing the company’s website and CMS.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, such as style shoots, fairs, and fashion runways, ensuring they are delivered on time and align with the Marketing Calendar.
• Perform market research and create comprehensive marketing reports for management review.
• Source, negotiate, and build partnerships with vendors, influencers, and celebrities to strengthen marketing initiatives.
• Create marketing materials, including brochures, collaterals, and presentations, ensuring they are consistent with the company's brand identity.
• Take on additional duties and responsibilities as delegated by management.

Requirement:

• Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or Event Management are welcome to apply
• Prefer atleast 2 years experience in digital marketing
