Responsibilities:

1. ICT Technical Support:

• Manage ICT helpdesk requests (e.g., password resets, device troubleshooting, software installations).
• Diagnose and resolve faults in computing and AV equipment.

1. ICT Asset Management:

• Oversee equipment loans and manage warranties and insurance claims.
• Maintain, replace, and condemn ICT equipment periodically.
  Support stock-takes of ICT assets and stores.

1. AV Management:

• Set up and maintain AV equipment for school events, assemblies, and meetings.
• Record events, lessons, and competitions.

1. System Administration:

• Manage user accounts for administrative portals like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and others, following MOE and school guidelines.

1. Procurement Assistance:

• Research and recommend ICT and AV resources for procurement.

1. Additional Duties:

• Support ICT-based school initiatives.
  Carry out any other duties as assigned by school leadership.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proficiency in ICT systems, software, and hardware.
• Skilled in AV system setup, operation, and preventive maintenance.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working in an Apple iPad PDLP school is advantageous.
• Positive attitude, good team player, and willingness to learn.
