Design Coordinator cum Drafter

Responsibilities

· Assist designers with project coordination, research and data collection

· Managing design files, documents, and archives

· Creating and editing design materials such as presentations, reports, and graphics

· Conducting research and gathering inspiration for design projects

· Assisting with design concept development and brainstorming

· Ensuring design consistency and quality across projects

· Responsible for general drafting work including the detailing of structural, architectural and other related drawings

· Ensure drawing and proposal drawings are in accordance with specifications

· Prepare all coordination drawings, detail, 2D & 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings etc

· Coordinate and assist Project teams in all on-site technical/engineering matters

Requirements

· Recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent

· Well versed in BIM

· Good knowledge of AutoCad 2D/3D

· Good communication (both oral/written) as well as presentation skills

. Minimum 2 years’ work experience in construction & design trade in Singapore

Familiar with Singapore Roads.

The license is taken In SG. No need to Go to class.

Additional Qualification:

Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry

WSQ Forklift Operation Course.

Class 3 Driving License.

Job Descriptions:

(a) To administer and implement an effective Safety and Health Management System (SHMS) in accordance with prevailing legislation and preparation for third-party external safety audit;

(b) Conduct Environmental, Health and Safety Audits as per requirements;

(c) Making certain that all ordinances or orders bearing on occupational safety and health and environmental are complied with local laws;

(d) To prepare and conduct the EHS training for all employees which are identified in RA and SWP;

(e) Measure and monitor the WSH performance of the project and discuss WSH performance in the WHS committee meetings;

(f) Perform ECO duties as assigned;

(g) Implement effective Earth Control Measures (ECM) plan including erosion control and sediment control according to Qualified Erosion Control Professional (QECP) design;

(h) Supervise the Earth Control Measures implemented accordingly;

(i) Devise Earth Control Measures (ECM) operations;

(j) Responsible for maintenance and inspection programme on site;

(k) Assist Qualified Erosion Control Professional (QECP) to monitor the effectiveness throughout various stages of construction;

(l) Obtain the Clearance Certificate to commence works from Public Utilities Board (PUB) by submitting the Earth Control Measures (ECM) Plan, designed and endorsed by the Qualified Erosion Control Professional (QECP);

(m) Install the Earth Control Measures (ECM) on site according to the ECM Plan;

(n) Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.

Requirement:

· Specialist Diploma in WSH and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Workplace safety and health (WSH)-related and certificate in ECO

· Must be registered with NEA and IES

· At least 5 years of work experience relevant to the work to be carried out by a ECO cum ECMO in LTA Projects.

Job Responsibility

• Ensure compliance with government health, safety and environmental regulations. Enforce all safety requirements and in-house safety rules.
• Achieve zero safety demerit points from Ministry of Manpower and other agencies.
• Continuous improvement on the EHS system through the effective implementation of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 1800 management standards.
• On-sites monitoring and conducting regular safety inspections on construction work site.
• Identify and recommend best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices.
• Provide technical advice, coaching, guidance and mentoring to the WSH team on safety initiatives and necessary changes.

Requirements

• Registered WSHO and ECO with minimum 3 years of working experience in a construction firm.
• Familiar with the safety, health and environmental legislations as well as risk management procedure.
• Familiar with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ConSASS and GGBS.
• Be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Roles & Responsibilities:

HR:

• Responsible for organising and establishing the company's HR policy, related HRIS and SOPs;
• Form human capital and organisational structure plan, conduct functional analysis and departmentation, prepare, review and adjust the Company’s workforce plan and succession scheme for critical positions;
• Responsible for organising and formulating the company's annual manpower budget, HR work plan and target, monitoring the company's human resources allocation, key risk indicators, budget progress and the completion status of relevant work plans;
• Responsible for organising the establishment, improvement and optimisation of the company's HR management system and HRIS to ensure that HR work progresses to be informationised, intelligent, scientific and standardised according to the company's management philosophy;
• Organise and implement the policies for expatriates of the parent company, and manage the remuneration, welfare, foreign affairs, employment relations, deployment and other HR matters of the expatriates within the authorisation of the parent company;
• Organise and implement performance appraisal of the general employee and departments, disciplinary actions, and propose employee promotion, reward & penalties, etc.;
• Organise and establish HR policies and management system for key HR functions of the holding subsidiaries, such as compensation & benefits, welfare, foreign affairs, employment relations and deployment;
• Act as the data protection office of the Company, responsible for the personal data protection matter and the communication and coordination with relevant government agencies.

Admin：

• In charge of all administrative related works of the company;
• Take charge of administrative SOPs and develop administrative governance policies to enhance overall administrative functions;
• Lead and organise the company's corporate culture and news publicity;
• Arranged and implemented various logistics services of the company;
• Liaising with CNAF office and corporate culture committee works;
• Implement the company's epidemic prevention and control policies, responsible for office premise management, epidemic prevention materials management and related information management during the epidemic;
• Responsible for assisting the management team on daily work and arrangement of official activities;
• Responsible for unified centralised management of the company's emergency work;
• Implement on other tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or equivalent;
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferred in public listed companies;
• Excellent people skills, and good knowledge in labour laws, employment acts and statutory programs;
• Good organisational and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Possess excellent command of English and Chinese languages (as the position needs to frequently communicate with English/Chinese speaking stakeholders verbally/ in writing as well as to prepare and proof-read English/Chinese official documents and presentations whenever appropriate).
