The Position: Marketing Executive

Job Title: Admin Officer
Location: Sengkang Depot
Employment Type: Full-time, 1-year contract (renewable based on performance)

Salary: $3,500/month (Basic)

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day Site Administration: Oversee administrative operations at the SPLRT project site. Ensure the effective flow of information, accurate record-keeping, and timely communication within the team and with external parties.
• Document Management: Ensure proper filing and documentation of all administrative paperwork, including contracts, invoices, and project-related documents.
• Project Support: Assist with logistical and administrative support for ongoing project needs, including coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning when required.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with project team members, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the project progresses smoothly.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and government guidelines. Assist in preparing reports as needed.
• Vehicle Management: Manage and maintain company vehicles on-site (must hold a valid driving license).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of a diploma or equivalent in business administration or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in site administration, construction, or project coordination is preferred.
• License: A valid Class 3/3A driving license is required for company vehicle use.

Working Hours:
Standard office hours with occasional overtime depending on project needs.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Manage administrative and HR work for a small production company
• Manage internal Digital marketing,
• Coordinate and assist the production team in execution and management of videos and social media campaigns
• Prepare production schedules and media buying plans.
• Have a understanding of Social media analytics
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Work with production team on Creating PPT Proposal for social media projects and campaigns

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in social media content generating and marketing.
• Knowledge of Canva
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc)
• Possess at least a certificate in Business adminstration or Digital Marketing or Mass Communication or Social Media-related fields
• Possess good time management and organisation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Wechat & Tiktok) and micro sites.
• Knowledge of Social media analytics
• 5 Days Working Week
• Able to start immediately
