• Updates and maintains patient consultation/CRP training statistics and CRP support group.

Successful candidate will be based in office located at 10 Science Park Road but will be required to be at main office (15 Tuas View Circuit) once a month. Company transport is provided for Tuas office.

• Coordination and arranging with customers for collection and deliveries
• Preparing of documents for customer orders and follow up
• Preparing of documents orders with vendors for orders and follow up
• Quotations / invoices for customer requests
• To follow up and quote customers for services requests
• Preparing and maintaining company's reports, orders, inventory and fixed asset records;
• Updating of invoices to accounts
• Coordinating with sales personnel in placing orders and follow up
• any other duties as assigned by the company

• Perform help desk duties, respond to incoming calls
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Issue quotations, Invoices and process orders accurately and timely based on customers' requirements
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Assist in preparation financial audit

Qualifications:

• GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Business Administration
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Prior experience in administrative or accounting roles is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily administrative tasks and office operations.
• Assist in coordinating import/export shipments, prepare invoices, and payments.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.

Job Scope:

• Handle invoice matching task; receive, review, and verify all invoices and ensure its accuracy and supported with relevant documents before posting to accounting system.
• Ensure all documents are properly filed and scan to document management system.
• Perform monthly vendors’ reconciliation.
• Liaise with vendor to resolve all discrepancies in relation to billing.
• Prepare payment and submit to superior on time.
• Any ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• With a relevant accounting qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar capacity.
• Proactive, good team player, mature and able to work independently.
• Possess adequate skills in Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word.
• Able to meet a tight deadline.
