Part-Time Sales Admin Coordinator

Location: Kampong Ubi (Near Macpherson MRT)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales order processing - process customer sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
• Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Manage data entry and update sales records in the company database or systems.
• Excel reporting for tracking orders, inventory, and sales performance.
