Min Hiang Food Pte Ltd is a Beverage and Food manufacturing company. We are looking for a Customer Service/Order Processing Executive.

Job Scope:

- Attending to customers' enquiries efficiently and professionally on all online platforms and phone calls.

- Process and fulfilling online orders from different online platforms.

- Arranging logistic deliveries and informing customers of the delivery schedule and follow up and changes to ensure smooth and positive customer journey experiences

- Responsible for the checking of orders to ensure the right orders are being packed for delivery daily.

- Work closely with other departments to ensure the start-to-end positive customers experience and customers' expectations are met/exceeded.

- Handle any customers feedback in a customer focus centric manner.

- Preparing online sales reports

- Other administrative duties when required.
