• Cultivate relationship with appointed key accounts
• Manage debt control and payment of key accounts
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts
• Prepare monthly sales reviews for internal stakeholders
• Manage day-to-day trade operations required
• Think out-of-the-box trade activations with end consumers interest in mind

• Able to handle full set of accounts and prepare accounting year-end schedules
• Computer Literate, experience in accounting software or knowledge
• Maintain strict compliance to GST procedures and GST returns
• Ensure timely submission and accurate preparation of clients’ financial reports to meet standards and tight deadlines.
• Relevant audit working experience
• perform external audit field work to generate compilation, audit reports

1. Prepare month-end and year-end Financial Reports and Cash Flow

2. Perform daily accounting and finance duties

3. Quarterly Filing of GST Returns & Filing of Annual Returns

4. Handle Payroll Processing

5. Submission of monthly CPF Contributions

6. Prepare disbursement/payment vouchers and Tax Invoices

7. General office duties as required

Job Description:

• Handle partial set of accounts
• Liaise with external auditor/ tax agent
• Maintain fixed asset register
• Proceed payment & update daily cash book
• Monitor and follow up AR ageing report according to timeline
• GL entry
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Perform month end closing and year end closing
• Prepare management report such as P&L, Balance Sheet, forecast and budget
• GST quarterly submission
• Handle petty cash
• Inter company balance reconciliation
• Any other duties assigned

Requirement:

• Min Degree in Accounting/ Finance or above
• Min 1 year & above of experience in accounts
