Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Completed Higher/ NITEC in any discipline with at least 2 years’ experience in Logistics / Operations Management

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to commit to rotating weekend/ Public Holiday duties
• Working hours (Monday to Friday): 10pm to 7am

Position summary: The Management Trainee performs and directs overall restaurant daily management.
