• Work Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 12:30 PM - 7:00 PM (inclusive of a 1-hour meal break). Not required on weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the general office and library efficiently.
• Data collation for the college.
• Administer student loans (laptops, uniforms) and room bookings.
• Maintain and organise office stores, library resources, and student/staff information.
• Design and decorate office and library spaces.
• Coordinate deliveries of office and teaching supplies.
• Handle ICT/AV equipment loans, printing, photocopying, and filing.
• Support meeting setups and refreshments.
• Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum GCSE O-Level or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Meticulous, organised, and with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Prior administrative experience is preferred.
