An Overview

In our Shared Services department, we empower non-profits and social enterprises by providing affordable and professional services that are critical for their daily operations, such as bookkeeping, donation tracking, accounting to payroll and human resources support. We are currently looking for a Shared Services Accounts Associates, who will be responsible for assigned client portfolio as well as Internal Finance/Admin portfolio. Responsibilities

• Issue statements of account as per request
• Follow up on unpaid debtors and creditors promptly
• Reconciliation of all insured and insurance companies’ statement of accounts including identifying differences and calculations on premiums
• Work closely together with processing team and monitor all the account outstanding balance until the issue is resolved
• Allocate cash receipts and payments against ledger transactions in a timely manner
• Report unidentified cash to relevant areas and monitor until cleared
• Effects settlement of balances to insured, insurance companies, parties and agents’ commission via bank transfer
• Effect settlement on all office operating expenses as per instructions via bank transfer
• Assist with Aged debt report, Bank reconciliations, Postings in Accounting System and GST Submission
• Handle ad-hoc duties and projects as and when assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
• Proficient in MS Office
