Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects related to Events and Training function under Sales and Marketing Department

• Support field development special projects and other duties as assigned by Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree Holder preferably in Business, or related discipline. Fresh Grad is welcome
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Direct Selling Industry and organize events

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

• Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content tailored for My Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu).
• Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, and company events.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics and videos that resonate with the Chinese audience.
• Collaborate with other marketing executives to re-purpose existing content from other platforms to cater to My Little Red Book’s audience.

Strategy Development:
