Main Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
• Preparation of cheque or telegraphic transfer payment.
• Preparation and reconciliation of statement of accounts from vendors Generate and send statements to customers.
• Update daily cash report includes matching & posting of customers' payments.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST report.
• Any other duties that may be assigned in the course of work.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma in Accountancy with at least 1-2 years of experience
• Possess initiative and the ability to multitask
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Chinese speaking associate

Job Description

• Responsible for finance and accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting and
• forecast analysis.
• Inventory review and GIT reconciliation.
• Assist with Internal Finance & Operating Lease & FSB reporting.
• Maintain accrual related schedules.
• Ensure completeness of GL journal file, check, and update GL postings
• Assist in preparation of ad-hoc reports or assignments.
• Keep accurate records for all transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial data.
• Inventory review and reporting.
• Responsible for internal financial leasing reconciliation.
• Assist with internal and external audit.

Requirement

•  Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent, ACCA
•  Minimum 2 years of working experience
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word
•  Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
•  Experience in Finance Lease Accounting would be an advantage.
