Job Scope:

• Manage the full spectrum of accounts for the Salon/Clinic, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Oversee daily cash operations and petty cash management, contributing to ongoing enhancements in cash management processes
• Process expenses, staff reimbursements, payments, and claims efficiently
• Generate timely and precise daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain comprehensive stock records to ensure inventory completeness
• Reconcile Inter-Company Accounts to ensure accuracy in financial records
• Prepare schedules, post journals, and assist in the creation of financial reports
• Ensure compliance and timely submission of corporate and income tax filings
• Provide assistance and advice on financial management matters
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors, company secretary, tax agents, government associations, and other relevant entities concerning reporting issues
• Undertake any additional tasks or ad hoc duties as delegated by management

Job Responsibilities

• Handle banks and credit cards settlement reconciliation
• Handle credit card chargeback, refund and fraud
• Liaise with various stakeholder related to credit card chargeback and refund matters
• Monitor and reconcile daily bank interfaces to the ERP system
• Maintain credit card related listing, statistics and ad hoc reports
• Prepare payment to payment gateway vendors

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, ACCA, AAT or other professional accounting qualifications
• 1- 3 years of accounting experience in a fast-paced industry, preferably in hospitality industry
• Proficient in MS office applications, particularly in Excel/Power point
• Meticulous, able to multi-tasks and ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
