• Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.

Sales Executive

The Job

• Dealing with all range and multi brand of vehicles in regard to sales activities
• Acquire sales with new and existing clients to meet targeted sales objectives
• Identify/Build/Expand new clients base to achieve sales opportunities
• Purchase all types of pre-owned vehicles for inventory replenishment
• Follow-up/Develop sales lead to achieve monthly sales target
• Attend to sales inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints/issues
• Follow-up on prompt Payment
• Maintain a proactive relationship with existing/new customers
• Arrange for regular meetings with Clients
• Develop relationships for both new and existing customers

Job Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin as to liaise with our China base counterpart

Job Description:
• Handle full set of accounts, including account payable, account receivable, bank conciliation etc, and for inter-related companies.

• Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation for compliance
• Assist with other ad-hoc tasks where necessary
