RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To conduct inspections related to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) to ensure regulatory compliance. This will include retails outlets, central kitchens, cookhouses, food manufacturing sites, etc.

2. To conduct WSH training to the relevant business units (Bus) and corporate functions (CFs).

3. To conduct risk assessment (RA) for internal stakeholders.

4. To develop safe work procedres (SWPs) for internal stakeholders.

5. To maintain and enhance the BizSafe Management system for Food Services BU.

6. To provide technical support to the stakeholders to ensure compliance to WSH regulations.

7. To investigate WSH incidents where appropriate and provide technical advisory to address the root causes(s).

8. To provide management support for the regular WSH Committee meeting.

9. To prepare reports, conduct trend analysis and perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Diploma or Degree in Workplace Safety and Health or any related qualifications.

• Registered WSH Officer with MOM.

• At least 2 years of relevant WSH working experience.

• Proficient knowledge of ISO 45001 or any WSH Management System will be advantageous.

• Good interpersonal skills with the attributes of a team player and a keen eye for details.

-Engage in R&D initiatives such as cost Reduction, ingredient substituion/ Consolidation and other key activities as assigned.

-Collaborate with and provide technical support to Operations, Manufacturing, sales, Procurement, and QA in new product development and product maintenance activities (Cost reductions, shelf-life stability studies, ingredient substitutions, etc).

-Ensure all product creations comply with customer, government and legal regulatory requirements within Country of sales.

-Responsible for processing sample request and sample submission as required

- Develop and lead scale up process for new products

- Ensure good housekeeping in the R&D development kitchen and maintain FEFO of R&D inventory

The Programme Executive conducts programmes to suit the needs of service users in CampusImpact and coordinates these programmes. The Programme Executive plans the manpower roster for each programme and guides volunteers in executing programme activities. Specific Responsibilities:

1. Conduct programmes based on client needs and provide programme updates to supervisor

4. Maintain daily records on progress of clients

5. Plan the manpower roster for programmes and guide volunteers in executing programme activities by providing briefings, debriefs, and providing support during programmes

6. Develop information materials for distribution to service users and volunteers

7. Coordinate with other organisations for execution of programmes

8. Support development of community outreach plan to other organisations and the community

9. Manage communications and feedback from stakeholders

10. Conduct outreach activities to our target service user group, other organisations and the community

11. Perform any other administrative duties or logistical support as required

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Executive located in Singapore. The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for demand planning, production planning, communication, and supply chain operations. The Supply Chain Executive will also be required to possess strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and streamline processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Research, evaluate potential suppliers and develop new vendors in accordance to company’s SOP
• Prepare monthly S&OP while balancing supply and demand for a six month horizon
• Source and procure materials or equipment according to project requirements (RFQ/BOM)
• Leverage the company wide supply chain to achieve lead time and cost targets
• Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional departments for best possible price and delivery time with the quality required for each project
• Expedite and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery to support production and projects
• Coordinate with forwarding agencies for customs clearance of imports and exports
• Maintain the company's database by updating and filing all material requisitions, quotations and purchase orders as per company’s SOP
• Coordinate with store to check stock levels as required and place order(s) as needed
