• Conduct daily walk about, and rectify any safety hazard that is found within the premises.
• Construct and circulate weekly EHS Tool Box Meeting Topics for the company.
• Train, co-ordinate and supervise the Company Emergency Response Team for the premises in first-aid, fire-fighting and evacuation in the event of fire or other related emergencies.

Requirement

• Dip & above in Chemical Engineering or any Engineering discipline
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in manufacturing and/or chemical industry as a Safety Coordinator or Engineer.
• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health
• Valid registration with MOM as Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) is an advantage.
• Management of Hazardous Substance (MHS) course preferred
• In depth knowledge of local legislation (e.g. WSH/SCDF/NEA), ISO45001, ISO14001 and procedures.

Job Description

• Assist in the preparation of daily routine duties which include checking of daily error\suspense, batches , bank reconciliations
• MAS reporting and monitoring of MAS limits such as AMR, MCB, MLA, ACU Assets\Liabilities Limit
• Variance analysis
• Get involved in the reports automation and testing
• Additional Ad hoc reports eg; Surveys , reports from both MAS and Department of Statistics
• Tax matters

Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• At least 3 years of banking experience in an Full license bank and good knowledge of banking products and tax
• Experience in MAS reporting and accounts

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle billing/invoicing to customers.
• Communicate with internal and external parties, handle and investigate cases for AR related matters.
• Handle enquiries from customers on billing issues and outstanding balances.
• Update receipts from customers on timely basis.
• Prepare statement of account (SOA) and send to customers on timely basis and follow up closely on customers repayment.
• Assist in month end closing within given timeline.
• Process Intercompany billings and perform intercompany reconciliation on monthly basis.
• Prepare AR aging report on timely basis and escalate customers’ collection issues (if any) to the Superior.
• Prepare audit schedules related to AR.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Superior.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business or any related discipline
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
• Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
